One of downtown Bellevue's biggest new condo projects cut prices sharply, but the other won't discount to sell the many remaining units.

The Honolulu Board of Realtors released resale figures Monday for the month of April. According to its analysis, single-family home down are down by 5.2 percent when compared to the same month in 2011. Condominium sales are also down by 9.5 percent year-over-year.
